4200 or 5200 on Swim Platform installation?

    I installed mine using Randy's advice. It went VERY smooth!

      Thanks for the advise Randy. Great link too, those photos will help out. We'll go for this technique for sure.

        I used the Outdrive Lifting Method (OLM) to install both of mine. I was worried about any adverse effects it would have on the drive but nothing has ever come of it on two different boats. Btw, both were Alphas.

          Theses a lot more stress on the drive while boating than there is lifting a 100 lb platform...... I never worried about it.

            Yeah, kind of figured that. The drives sure lifted them up easy enough.
