    Come-on People

    This place is a lonely place after the new software upgrade was implemented. I can't believe the total blame is the lack of Tapatalk. There are 1200+ registered members out of that there are about 12-15 that always contributed. Now there are 4-5 and the topics are pretty thin. Members were always interested what other members were up to; you always could find out cures for your ailments and even made your boats function better. By now Chad probably bought 3 more boats I didn't know he bought. Come on people, let's keep the best forum on the web alive.

        I hear you Mike. Believe it or not this will be the 3rd summer coming up with this boat. At least I think. I searched for this one for some time and I found it so it's not going anywhere fast. Most of the upgrades are now done. Just working on captains call that's it. 20190706_202828.jpg

          So our boat was 16 years old in August, and I decided it was a good idea to finally replace the inline fuel filter... that had never been done. Here's some of what I dumped out of the tank side of the filter. Guess it was about time? (Well they do charge about $50 for that filter... IMG_6323.JPG

            I'm here every day, but things are pretty slow now. Even Bald Mike rarely posts anymore. Happy Thanksgiving all.

                    The old format definitely needed to be replaced, but I still can't get used to this one. Just isn't user friendly. Recently I tried the search function to find the meme thread, and I couldn't get that to work.

                    Winter is a slow time on other forums I am a part of as well, but they haven't suffered as much as this one. Here's hoping that when Spring finally gets here that we will see an uptick in participation.

                        Just home from Thanksgiving at our son's house. Went to Michigan City, IN to hear his band play on Wed. night, then back to his house for today. I'm guilty of checking in almost every day, read everything new for the day , but don't post too much. I still enjoy reading what's new, but yes, it's been sparse. All the trolls need to post too.(I'm including myself in that group.) Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

                            We went for a little dead leaf ride last Sunday up to Clemson. The marina was open for lunch. Drank a few cold ones and enjoyed the day.
