Has anyone needed warranty work done from Crownline but not lived anywhere close to an authorized dealer? I am wondering if anyone has experience with this?

New bench seat and swim pad x2. All within first year due to a bad foam and ripped seams. No complaints, go through a dealer and take good pics to send.
    this was 2012 though..

My boat is about an hour from the dealer where I bought it. Since I don't have a tow vehicle, they agreed to do pick up and drop off for any warranty service that was required.
