Who likes change? It's time. Time to update the forum to the newest vBulletin. Stay tuned and I will try to keep everyone in the loop. If anyone has experience with vBulletin, I would greatly appreciate any concerns with a migration. Otherwise, I am going to have vBulletin do most of the work.

See you on the flip side!

    Thanks!

2020. Just kidding. Not sure. Need to get with vBulletin and find out how this all works, what stays, what we lose, what needs redone, etc... Hopefully, very soon.

I think we should update. I am also on the Chevy Bolt forum which used vBulletin and there's more functionality, like buttons, etc. I use three main forums---this one, the Formula one, and now the Chevy Bolt. A forum update would be good. The best thing is our Crownie HQ content. Good and active members make it worthwhile.
Thanks for allowing me to provide my 2 cents.

                  Mike,

I’m assuming there is some cost associated with the upgrade. Can we donate to help offset some of the cost and maybe get perks/different badge under our username? I’ve seen this on other smaller boards and it’s generally well received.

Dave, I appreciate the offer, but I think ole' Baldy will take care of this. We use to do donations, but... Not sure about the badges. We'll have to see.

If I wasn't so busy with work and life, I'd run the upgrade like I did the last one. From what I remember, most of the data should be fine. We had issues with some of the skins but not much other than that. It has been a long time since I messed with any of that but having vBulletin do it is probably a good idea. We are way behind on versions so might be some compatibility issues to overcome.
